Our Story

This story didn’t start with a pitch deck. It started with watching freight forwarders drown in emails.
We saw teams spending hours copying data between inboxes, rate sheets, and TMS systems. We saw quotes that took 20 minutes when the answer was already in the system. We saw invoices checked line by line, customs documents prepared by hand, and booking confirmations typed out from scratch — day after day.
Freight forwarding is a €200 billion industry in Europe alone, yet the daily work still runs on manual effort. Not because the people aren’t capable, but because the tools never caught up. We asked ourselves: why?
The answer was clear. Forwarding is complex. It requires understanding natural language, context, and domain-specific logic. No simple rule engine can handle that. But a new generation of AI can.
So we built Nemo — an AI assistant that reads emails, pulls rates, creates shipments, checks invoices, and drafts replies. Not as a replacement for the team, but as a co-pilot that handles the 80% of repetitive work so they can focus on what actually matters: customer relationships, exceptions, and growth.
We launched with a single forwarding company. Within a week, their quoting time dropped by 85%. Within a month, the entire operations team was using Nemo daily. That’s when we knew this wasn’t just a tool — it was a shift in how forwarding works.

Henry is our CEO and leads company strategy and vision. With a background in information systems from the Technical University of Munich and the University of Cambridge, he is driven by one mission: making freight forwarding faster, smarter, and more human through AI.

Noah is our COO and leads product and operational strategy. With a background in data science and industrial engineering from Nova SBE, and hands-on experience in AI-driven product development, Noah ensures Nemo delivers real impact from day one.

Co-Founder & CTO
Florian is our CTO and leads the technical vision and AI innovation. With a background in engineering and machine learning from the Technical University of Munich and NUS Singapore, Florian drives the development of Nemo’s AI platform that understands freight language and turns unstructured emails into structured actions.
